The ceramic UHMWPE composite bulletproof plate is designed to against high velocity bullets or shrapnels, and it is an essential equipment for civilian law enforcement, military and army. It can be widely applied in bulletproof vests, ballistic shields and doors, armor vehicles, vessels and other devices which requires bullet resistance.
Characteristics
The ceramic UHMWPE composite plate can equip with soft bulletproof vest (NIJ 0101.06 IIIA) to form a hard body armor. With different composite ballistic plates, which adopt different thickness of ceramic plates, the hard body armor could reach NIJ level III or level IV or any other protection level as customer required. The product possess high reputation base on its high protection level, light weight, multi-shot resistance, etc.
Configuration
This composite ballistic plate consists of front panel, which comprises several ordered pieces of high purity alumina (Al2O3) or boron Carbide(B4C)or silicon Carbide (SiC) plates , and back panel, which is UHMWPE fabric lamination. The front and back panels fit with each other with special adhesive and techniques.
Production Capacity
Both of the front and the back panels are manufactured by ourselves, and the production capacity for ceramic UHMWPE composite plates could be more than 10,000 square meter per year.
