HNZT ZT SERIES CONTINUOUS UD FABRIC
ZT series continuous unidirectional fabric (UD) fabirc (type ZT160, ZT161, ZT75) are manufactured with our ZTX Series UHMWPE fiber, with special adhesives and unique techniques. This kind of structure gives fabric excellent ability in impact absorption, its performance in ballistic protection is better than any other conventional woven fabric.
HNZT FDY SERIES BULLETPROOF VEST
Continuous non-weft cloth made of ZTX series high-strength high-modulus polyethylene fiber is a soft material that blocks bullets. It has a single-orientation multilayer structure, in which the fibers are not interwoven but are arranged parallel to each other. HNZT FBT SERIES EXPLOSION-PROOF BLANKET
FBT-ZT01 explosion-proof blankets are manufactured by soft PE material and generally composed of blanket and fence. HNZT FCF series stab-resistant vests are manufactured with our ZTC series UHMWPE stab resistance material, the safety vest could provide protection against 24 joules kinetic energy of any blade or spike, protecting major organs of human body from stab and puncture. The products have been successfully approved by the Testing Center For Quality of Special Police Equipments under the Ministry of Public Security of P.R.CHINA and National Special Protection Clothing Quality Supervision testing centre.
HNZT FDC SERIES BULLETPROOF AND STAB-RESISTANT VEST
HNZT FDC series bulletproof & stab-resistant vests are manufactured with our own ZT160 UD fabric and ZTC series fabric, with unique techniques. The vests could not only provide protection against 7.62×25 mm LN bullet shooting from type 54 pistol or type 79 light submachine gun, but also can provide protection against 24 joules kinetic energy of a standard test knife. What's more, the vests have successfully passed tests of Testing Center For Quality of Special Police Equipments under the Ministry of Public Security of P.R.CHINA, and it has been first one that fielded by the Ministry of Public Security in 2010 (Document [2010] 911, Document [2012]2).

HNZT SLF-ZT01soft mine clearance uniform is produced with UHMWPE fiber, the uniform is water-proof, anti-static, resistant to UV light and flame-retarded. Total protection area is 0.7m2, while protective inserts area is 0.1 m2, and the whole weight of mine clearance uniform is less than 5 kg. This uniform is suitable for different human shapes, it is comfortable and convenient for whole day use, even in hot climate.
